From Within New Zealand
We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in New Zealand over $150 and a $10 Flat-fee for orders under $150 within New Zealand. Delivery takes 2-3 working days, depending where you live (Note: rural deliveries may take 3 - 5 working days). Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours to arrive with customers as soon as possible.
Delivery’s will not be made on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address or Private bag, please provide an alternate postal address.
We use NZ Post to deliver all parcels. NZ Post will only leave parcels if they deem it as safe, otherwise they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery of the parcel. Moda Bella is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Collect your online purchase at your local Moda Bella store, free of charge. Simply purchase your product online like normal and at checkout click "CLICK & COLLECT” and select which store the product is located for you to collect.
That easy! You will receive a confirmation email or text when you order is ready for collection. *Please only select Click & Collect if you are located in Christchurch and able to physically collect the goods from our retail stores.
OVERSEAS ORDERS

An delivery charge of $40 applies per purchase.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, through NZ Post.
You will receive your item(s) between 7-14 working days.

*All international deliveries are handled by FedEx and NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.

Returns Policy
We understand that it is not always easy buying the perfect shoes on-line, and we accept that you may need to return or exchange items occasionally.
RETURNS
This returns policy applies to online store purchases only.
We are happy to exchange shoes for another size, style or refund, providing that they are returned within 10 days from the date we sent them to you, and are in their original condition with your receipt enclosed. Please ensure shoes are returned in the original shoe box, as this is considered to be part of the product.
To ensure you are eligible for a refund please only try the shoes on carpet for a short period of time so that they don’t become damaged or worn. If this condition is not adhered to then a refund will not be possible.
If you wish to return the shoes for another size or refund, the cost of returning them to us is your responsibility.
