From Within New Zealand
We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in New Zealand over $100 and a $10 Flat-fee for orders under $100 within New Zealand. Delivery takes 2-3 working days, depending where you live (Note: rural deliveries may take 3 - 5 working days). Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours to arrive with customers as soon as possible.
Delivery’s will not be made on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address or Private bag, please provide an alternate postal address.
We use PBT couriers to deliver all parcels. Our courier will not leave a package without the item being signed for unless you’ve stated that you have given authority to leave the package in a secure location in the comment section of our checkout. If no one is at the address when the driver attempts delivery, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery of the parcel.

An express delivery charge of $30 applies per purchase.

*All international deliveries are handled by FedEx and NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.

We understand that it is not always easy buying the perfect shoes on-line, and we accept that you may need to return or exchange items occasionally.
We are happy to exchange shoes for another size, style or refund, providing that they are returned within 10 days from the date we sent them to you, and are in their original condition with your receipt enclosed.
To ensure you are eligible for a refund please only try the shoes on carpet for a short period of time so that they don’t become damaged or worn. If this condition is not adhered to then a refund will not be possible.
If you wish to return the shoes for another size or refund, the cost of returning them to us is your responsibility.
