HOW TO ORDER
If you have seen a pair of shoes on our web site which you would like to order or find out more about, then you can submit and enquiry to us. Simply fill out the form below and we will get back to you via your preferred method of contact within 24 hours (this may be slightly longer if over the weekend or a public holiday).
We will confirm the price, colour, and size availability.
Payment can be made using any form of credit card or directly into our bank account.
There will be a delivery fee for you purchase.
All prices are quoted in NZ dollars.
From Within NZ
A courier charge applies to each order in addition to the purchase price as follows.
- 1 pair $7.50
- 2 or more pairs $10.00
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours to arrive with customers as soon as possible.
Overseas Orders
We are happy to post shoes to Australia only. We will deal with these on an individual basis when you submit your enquiry.
Returns Policy
We understand that it is not always easy buying the perfect shoes on-line, and we accept that you may need to return or exchange items occasionally.
We are happy to exchange shoes for another size, style or refund, providing that they are returned within 10 days from the date we sent them to you, and are in their original condition with your receipt enclosed.
To ensure you are eligible for a refund please only try the shoes on carpet for a short period of time so that they don’t become damaged or worn. If this condition is not adhered to then a refund will not be possible.
If you wish to exchange the shoes for another size or style we will not charge you postage for one exchange within New Zealand. However, the cost of returning them to us is your responsibility.
